Shipping policy

All orders are processed (Mon-Fri), orders can take up to 14 working days before dispatch due to being a small business with a huge demand. Prices vary depending on delivery method selected.

Please be aware for international shipping for some countries, the shipping cost may exceed item value.

UK: 3-5 working days, all items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Tracked

Europe: 5-10 business days

Rest of the world: 5-14 business days

USA: 5-14 business days, please note that costs have increased to the US from the UK.

We will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply Some countries maybe subjected to taxes now due to Brexit, please check before purchasing. We are not responsible for delays due to custom fees.

Please be advised that items being sent from non EU countries (UK) will be subjected to VAT, all items will be DDU 'delivered duty unpaid' and is the buyers responsibility when purchasing items.

Please note due the COVD19 there have been recorded delays to certain countries. Allow 7 days for UK delivery and 14 days for Europe and the rest of the world, before contacting us.
